The content of this Website is owned by Tony The Turtle (“Tony The Turtle” “We” “Us” “Our”). The use of this Website is governed by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”) including Our Privacy Policy. These Terms are legally binding and define the limits of your use of this Website. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Website or contributing content or other materials to the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are only authorised to use this website, (regardless of whether your access or use is intended), if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should leave this Website and discontinue use of the services provided immediately. Please note that the websites’ content includes all elements of the Website including but not limited to the text, script, software, photographs, videos, music, sounds, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.

Tony The Turtle does not warrant that your enjoyment of the Website will be uninterrupted; that the Website will meet your requirements; that use of the Website will bring about your desired outcome or or educational results; that operation of the Website will be error-free; that the Website will inter-operate or be compatible with any other Website; or that errors in the Website will be corrected. No oral or written advice provided by Tony The Turtle or any authorised representative shall create a warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tony The Turtle exclude all liability, howsoever caused to you or any third party for any loss or damage relating to any inaccuracies or the inability to use or from the use of the Website; or in respect of reliance upon this Website or any Content or links within it.

Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return the goods then please do so within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange, with the exception of delivery costs which cannot be refunded and will be deducted. Please note that all goods must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please note that due to the nature of the products ‘saleable condition’ means items must not be used. 

Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by us.

Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please quote your invoice number, name, address and telephone number with all returns. When returning goods we advise you obtain a free certificate of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returned goods must be clearly marked "Returns" and posted to: 15 Rockcliffe Village, Blackrock Road, Cork T12E0K2, Ireland.
 
Faulty Goods
For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will either

1. Replace faulty products as long as they were purchased within the last 3 months, or 

2. Provide a credit note as long as they were purchased within the last 3 months.

Return postage costs for faulty goods will be paid for by Tony The Turtle on the basis of the least expensive return delivery available and as long as you have contacted us in advance.

Before you send goods back to Pick Pack Despatch please contact us before you send your faulty goods back at val@tonytheturtle.com to notify us. When returning goods we advise you obtain a free certificate of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
 
Goods purchased from a third party
Any Tony The Turtle products purchased from a third party must be returned to the third party. Tony The Turtle will happily advise on any product information or faulty goods issues, but any subsequent replacements/refunds will need to be obtained from the original reseller.
